Recruitment Process
Emirates NBD's recruitment policy and process ensures that all candidates are provided with equal opportunities to secure a position within the bank; provided they adhere to the bank's stated policy on candidates' selection.
Depending on the position you apply for, you may be asked to go through an assessment centre comprising of ability and psychometric tests to identify your potential and job fit. This is in addition to structured interview.
Group Corporate Communications
Emirates NBD's Corporate Communications Department takes care of the bank's external and internal public relations. The Department also manages and oversees the production of Emirates NBD's publications and acts as the main source of external and internal communications utilizing the various media and communication channels to disseminate information on behalf of the bank. The department also manages media, customer feedback, press enquiries as well as the Corporate Social Responsibility Programs.
Finance Department
Driven by high standards of excellence, dedication and integrity, Finance department is committed to provide timely, accurate and complete information and support business and other areas of the organisation as a whole in Finance.
Finance acts as a business partner of the Board by active participation in strategy development, leading M&A activity and accurate reporting of business performance. Finance compiles, monitors, and reports bank results to regulators, investors and other key stakeholders. It holds key responsibility of strengthening the corporate governance framework of the bank by supporting and reporting to Board and various committees. Finance plays a key role in continually improving the robust control environment of the bank.
An immense talent pool from diverse backgrounds work cohesively as one team in a technology centric environment to perform annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, timely and complete business management reporting, enterprise cost management and reduction, administration of payables, managing investors relations and fixed assets of the organisation.
Emirates NBD Properties LLC
Emirates NBD Properties LLC is a subsidiary of Emirates NBD and was established to manage Construction and Interior Fit outs and Projects, administer Facility Management services, Property Leasing (manage Lease payables/receivables), and responsible for Special Assets Management.
Their mission is to become a profitable provider of value added management solutions and services that serves the strategic value of Emirates NBD, and become a key contributor in the successful growth of the whole organization.
Legal Department
Emirates NBD's centralized Legal Department supports the group, protects its interests and assists in reducing the litigations against the organization. The Unit handles all legal enquiries received from all business units of the group and provides comprehensive legal support whilst conducting fraud preventions & investigation services, initiate litigation and criminal cases, file for mortgages and provide translation of various legal documents.
Human Resources Department
The Human Resources department in Emirates NBD has adopted a Specialist & Shared Services organisation for delivering human resource services to the diverse range of units within the bank by balancing the need for centralisation and decentralisation as well as standardisation and flexibility. The adopted organisation model provides standardised transactional support as well as specific value adding professional solutions through the following entities:
- Human Resource Leadership Team develops and executes Group-wide human resource policies and strategies that reinforce one organisation culture while ensuring consistency and standardisation.
- Centres of Expertise design core human resource programmes and processes for usage in the Group and provide solutions that fit business and country specific needs while taking advantage of the global best practices.
- Business Partners provide support and advice to the Unit Managers in the development and implementation of key people strategies and oversee the delivery of core human resource programmes and processes.
- Operations Centre delivers human resource transactional services to Unit Managers and employees in a cost effective and timely manner.

Emirates NBD Asset Management provides a full range of investment products, offering exposure to the regional markets as well as global markets, covering all of the main asset classes, structured on either on a Sharia compliant or conventional basis.
The personnel of the unit are highly skilled, forming a team of over 50 financial specialists, coming from different countries, and representing a wide array of expertise in all major international markets, making it one of the largest asset management businesses in the region.
Emirates NBD Asset Management has been created to cater the diverse clients and provides investment products and services directly from its base at the DIFC.
Emirates Money Consumer Finance
Emirates Money Consumer Finance L.L.C, is a consumer finance company and is part of the Emirates NBD. We offer consumers comprehensive loan solutions to meet their everyday financial needs.
Our loan services operate through Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and will also expand into other parts of the UAE. Apart from our network of branches, we do have a large direct sales force that caters to the needs of its customers at a place most convenient for them. The company have tie-ups with leading distributors of commercial vehicles, offering customers seamless financing on this product.

Internal Audit
Emirates NBD's Internal Audit Department evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls encompassing the bank's governance, operations and information systems. Various Internal Audit Reviews are carried out to identify, measure, classify, and report operational, financial and/or Information Systems processes to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, plans, laws and regulations. We are committed to deliver a risk-based, best practice, process audit methodology which includes the utilisation of various automated tools for flowcharting activities, risk analysis, data examination and reporting.
Network International LLC
A subsidiary of Emirates NBD, Network International (NI) is the preferred card solutions provider in the Gulf and MENA region and is the first independent vendor certified by both Visa & MasterCard for card payments in the Middle East. NI is capable of providing banks, the retail industry and financial institutions with complete EMV (Europay MasterCard Visa) certified solutions as they migrate to EMV SmartCard technology. It also offers customers the most comprehensive range of products and services in both the Issuing and Acquiring segment of the card industry, of the Gulf and Middle East region and beyond.
