Event - 31 July 2026
The code of conduct for the induction
You are representing Emirates NBD for the whole of the induction, including the days that are away from the office. This is the short version of what that means day to day.
Turning up
Be at each venue 15 minutes before the start time on that day's page in the Agenda. Some days start at 08:00 and most of Week 2 is off-site, so it is worth checking the journey the evening before.
If you are going to be late, or cannot make a day at all, tell your program team before the session rather than after it.
While you are there
- Keep your Emirates ID with you. Most venues check names against the cohort list on arrival
- Follow the dress code on that day's page, which changes with the activity
- Phones on silent during sessions
- Several venues are partners hosting us rather than Emirates NBD buildings, so treat their staff and their space as you would a client's
Photographs and social media
Plenty of photographs get taken during the week. Before posting one with a colleague in it, check that they are happy to appear. Anything you are shown about customers, systems or numbers stays inside the bank.
The full version
The complete policy sits in the Ruwad Program Handbook in Resources. Where this note and the handbook differ, the handbook is the one that counts.
If any of it is unclear, ask your program team. Nobody minds the question.
