Board and Committee Evaluation
As required under Clause 4.8 of the 'Corporate Governance Standards for Banks' of the Central Bank of the UAE, Emirates NBD Bank has developed this year’s Board and Committee Evaluation Survey in-house to conduct an internal evaluation of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Emirates NBD Bank PJSC and its Committees.
Please complete your evaluation on or before 10th October 2025.
Your responses are strictly confidential and anonymous. They will only be consolidated and reported in an aggregated report for the purposes of reviewing collective feedback and promoting good governance. Any comments received will be included but not attributed to specific individuals.
Instructions
- Each emboldened statement marked with an asterisk (*) requires a response. Open-ended questions are voluntary; however, we highly encourage a response so that the report contains more comprehensive, useful feedback.
- Please select the response that most accurately reflects the current performance of the Board or its Committee(s), not their ideal performance.
- Use the "Continue" button at the bottom of each page and "Back arrow" on top left of the form to move from page to page within a module. Please avoid clicking your browser's back button; this will restart the assessment.
- Please avoid clicking on the Emirates NBD Logo on any page as this will direct you to the home page of Emirates NBD Website.
- On completion of any module of the survey, please click on the "Submit" button to register your responses. You will then be guided to click on the "Click here to return to the main page" button and this will route you back to the list of surveys, where you can continue to participate in the remaining modules of the survey.
- If you need to update your responses post submission, please contact support.
- A blue-tick will appear next to the surveys that are completed. This indicates the responses for these surveys are submitted.
