Enable the skill
Open the Alexa app. Tap or select Skills and search for Emirates NBD. Select Enable.
Link your account
Enter your Emirates NBD Online/Mobile Banking username and password. Accept the Terms & Conditions. Set up your Voice Code (For security, please avoid using your ATM or Smart Pass PIN).
Talk to Alexa
Now you can talk to Alexa about your Emirates NBD account(s) by saying "Alexa, Open Emirates NBD" to initiate the skill.

After you enable the skill, you also need to link your Emirates NBD account to Alexa. Open the Alexa app on your phone, find the Emirates NBD skill, and tap "Link Account." Follow the instructions from there. You'll know you're done, when you see a screen that says, "Your Emirates NBD Skill was successfully linked."
When you enable the Emirates NBD skill, you enter your Emirates NBD username and password. This lets Alexa access your Emirates NBD information through the use of open banking APIs for added security. Also, we don't share your sign-in information with Amazon (or anyone else).

As long as the skill is enabled, Alexa will be linked up to your Emirates NBD accounts. If you don't want to let Alexa access your account info anymore, you'll have to disable the Emirates NBD skill. To do that, open your Alexa app and go to the Emirates NBD skill, then click on Disable and your account will be de-linked. Once you disable the Emirates NBD skill, you won't be able to ask Alexa about your Emirates NBD accounts anymore on any Alexa-enabled Amazon device until you re-enable the skill again.
