Signed Etihad Credit Bureau consent form and UAE FTS (statement of account)

For mortgage release on your car

You can apply for a mortgage release on your car only when you have paid back your loan in full. This service is free of cost.

Things to remember when emailing us:

Send the request from your e-mail address registered with the bank.
Mention your auto loan agreement ID or the 20-digit auto loan account number along with your registered mobile number.

Vehicle Mulkiya and Emirates ID (bring the original to the branch)
