We understand that you may need to access your banking anytime and from anywhere and we make this easy for you by giving you the choice to enable or disable the account and credit card services you want via Online Banking. Our digital banking is safe and secure, so you don't need to worry. 

Steps to choose your digital banking services

Steps to configure your available services:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click on Settings > Configuration Settings
  • Scroll to Available Services
  • Select what you want to configure:
    • To configure the services for all your accounts, select your CIF
    • To configure the services for any one of your credit cards, select the credit card
  • Click on Edit and answer your secret questions
  • Enable or disable the services you want by clicking ON/OFF 

The changes will reflect on your Online and Mobile Banking immediately.
