Access your banking products online and on the app

Add your accounts, cards, loans and deposits to your Online and Mobile Banking

Can't see your banking products? Add them now

You should normally find all your Emirates NBD banking products (credit cards, loans, accounts and deposits) under My Finances on Online Banking and under the Hamburger icon on Mobile Banking. If you don’t see them, don’t worry, just follow the instructions below.

Always ensure that you are using the latest version of your browser. If you have not used the Mobile Banking app recently, please install the latest version.

To add your credit card, follow these steps on Online Banking:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click Settings and select Configuration Settings
  • Scroll to Link Cards > Add new Credit Card to Profile
  • Enter your card number and click Request

The request will take 24-48 hours to be processed.

To add your loans, accounts or deposits, follow the steps below.
