Given the developing situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we wanted to reassure you that we remain dedicated to continuing to support you with the highest quality of service.

In accordance with UAE government directives, and following global guidelines, Emirates NBD has rolled out its proactive business resiliency and continuity plan.
Measures include cancelling all non-essential travel, trainings and in-person meetings; and enabling as many employees as possible to work from home.
At Emirates NBD, we’ve spent years building a robust digital infrastructure to help you manage your corporate banking needs from wherever you are and whenever you need.
Our digital platforms remain fully functional 24X7 and we encourage you to access our smartBUSINESS platform via your mobile and online, from the safety of your home.
We have also undertaken precautionary measures across our branch network, including additional deep cleaning and sterilization protocols, training frontline staff and distribution of gloves and sanitisers.
As you and your company enact your own contingency measures, please do not hesitate to share that information with us if we can do anything to further support and adapt to your needs.
