Personal Loans - Required Documents
- Completed Application Form
- Copy of Identity Card (Passport / Driving License / Labour Card) - verified against originals by our staff.
- For Armed Forces / Defense employees Date of Joining is required.
- Documentary evidence of staff ID/No to be obtained wherever possible
- Passport Copy
- Resident Visa page for Expatriates
- Last page for UAE Nationals.
- Khulasat Qaid Copy for UAE Nationals
- ROL customers - Copy of Trade License or evidence of Other Income
- Salary Certificate / Documentary evidence of other Income Source
- Bank statement for the last 3 months
- Original with details or copy stamped and signed by bank
- Supporting attested docs for salary variance (pay slips /leave slips etc)
- Blank security cheque or an undated cheque covering principal plus interest (for the tenor of the loan)
- Bank's liability letter in case of buy out loans which should be within the validity period.
- No Liability Letter from the bank whose loan has been taken over in case of buyout loans
- Salary Assignment Letter as per the bank's prescribed format (refer exception for Govt entities)
In case of Top up loans
Similar Value Loans: Only Identity documents of the customer need to be provided.
Incremental Value Loans
In addition to identity documents, current dated salary Certificate is acceptable, instead of salary assignment letter. The employers who have restrictions on Salary Assignments will be excluded from this exemption.
