Your Emirates NBD Visa Infinite Credit Card entitles you to complimentary access* to the lounges at Dubai International Airport and Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Dubai - the Dubai International Hotel First Class Lounge is located in Terminal 1 between Gates 12 and 14 on Departure Level 1
Abu Dhabi - the Airport Hotel lounge is located in Terminal 1 next to Departure Immigration Hall in the Transit area

Purchase protection
If any item purchased on your card is stolen, destroyed or damaged, by fire or accident, within 90 days from the date of purchase, you are covered up to US$7,500 per incident (per item limit of US$5,000 and a maximum of US$20,000 in any one year). All you need to do is submit your claim within 45 days of the incident, along with proof of purchase. The item will then either be replaced or repaired. Alternatively, the cost of the item will be reimbursed.

Extended Warranty
Purchase household appliances on your Emirates NBD Visa Infinite Credit Card and enjoy a complimentary extended warranty period of 12 months beyond the manufacturer/ retailer warranty. This cover is available up to a maximum of 24 months from the date of purchase, to a value of up to US$7,500 per incident.
