Terms and Conditions for Emirates NBD Credit Cards-Dnata-Dubai Duty Free Offer

1. Emirates NBD credit cardholders are eligible to receive AED 100 Dubai Duty Free gift voucher upon purchasing Emirates Airlines tickets worth AED 2000 or more from select Dnata outlets. Multiple vouchers will be issued for purchase in multiples of AED 2000.
2. The validity of this promotion is from 03 DEC 2009 to 31 MAY 2010
3. This promotion is only valid for Emirates (EK) tickets / Emirates Holidays (EKH) Packages booked and ticketed through HRG UAE at the locations listed below.

5. Corporate Fares / Deals offered by Emirates to specific corporate clients are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
6. A Dubai Duty Free (DDF) voucher of AED100 for every EK Ticket(s) / EKH Package purchased to the value of AED2000 (inclusive of taxes) paid for by an Emirates Bank / NBD / ENBD Credit Card only. Multiples of AED2000 spent on EK tickets / EKH packages will qualify for additional DDF vouchers.

• Fare AED1800 + Tax AED150 - No Voucher
• Fare AED1800 + Tax AED200 - 01 Voucher
• Fare AED3600 + Tax AED600 - 02 Vouchers
• (Ticket fares & taxes of multiple members of family/group may be added together for the purposes of voucher issue)
7. Refunds will have to be directed to the outlet where the ticket was purchased from.
8. Refunds will be processed subject to the applicable fare rules; the amount refunded will have a deduction of the applicable airline cancellation fee, a refund processing fee of AED150 per ticket and the value of the Dubai Duty Free Vouchers issued.
9. In cases where multiple documents have been clubbed together to avail of the Dubai Duty Free vouchers, the eligibility for DDF vouchers will be recalculated and the value of the voucher(s) / extra voucher(s) will be deducted from the refund given.
10. DDF Voucher(s) issued in conjunction with this promotion are not refundable - in case of documents being refunded, the value of such voucher(s) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
11. Usage of Dubai Duty Free gift voucher/s is governed by the terms and conditions stated on the voucher.
