You can block your service by calling the Call centre on 04 316-0-318 accessing menu option 5 for Mobile banking services or Login and access Requests option by dialing *151# or fill out the application form with the required information, ticking option Block Service and submitting to the nearest branch. Cancel Service
You can cancel your service by calling the Call centre on 04 316-0-318 accessing menu option 5 for Mobile banking services or Login and access Requests option by dialing *151# or fill out the application form with the required information, ticking option Subscription Cancellation and submitting to the nearest branch.
