For Individual & Joint account (UAE Nationals)
- Copy of passport(s), including residence visa page; and original passport for validation
- Sponsor's letter of no objection
- Salary Certificate (in case of salary transfer accounts); in the absence of a Salary Certificate, any one of the following documents may be obtained:
- Appointment Letter / Contract Copy
- Pay slip (< 3 month old)
- Consolidated letter from HR for bulk accounts
- Most recent statement of account where customer's salary is being transferred / Appointment Letter / Contract Copy
For Individual & Joint account (Residents)
- Copy of passport(s) (including residence visa(s) page)
- Original passport(s) (in order that the passport copy may be validated)
- Sponsor's letter of no objection
- Salary Certificate (incase of salary transfer accounts); in absence of Salary Certificate, any one of the following documents may be obtained:
- Appointment Letter / Contract Copy
- Pay slip (< 3 month old)
- Consolidated letter from HR for bulk accounts
- Most recent statement of account where customer's salary is being transferred
For Individual & Joint account (GCC Nationals)
- Copy of passport(s)
- Original passport(s) (in order that the passport copy may be validated)
- Telephone/Electricity Bill
For Companies
- Commercial/Federal registration certificates (wherever applicable)
- Certificate of commencement of business (for Joint Stock Companies)*
- Power of Attorney, if applicable
- Passport copies of the authorized signatories
- BOD resolution specifying the titles/designations of officials authorized to open/operate the account and the extent of their authority and the manner to operate the account
- Memorandum and Articles of Association to ascertain the period of company
- For 'public shareholding companies' list of names and addresses of shareholders where share holdings exceed 5% shall also be submitted.
