Al Shehab - Diploma Holders
The Al Shehab Program is a six month program designed for Diploma Holders or High School graduates with prior experience to prepare them for roles that include Supervisors, Team Leaders or Retail Banking Executives. The Al Shehab Trainees are trained in supervisory and first line leadership skills.
Courses include: Banking Operations, Selling & Cross-Selling, Retail Sales & Service Management, and Principles of Business Writing.
