Al Misha'al Program - High School Graduates
The Al Misha'al program is a three month training program designed to train high school graduates who wish to join Emirates NBD in key front line positions such as Tellers and Customer Service Executives. Besides job-specific knowledge, the program is designed to develop the trainees' communication skills and English language, and the ability to work in teams with good working habits.
The Al Misha'al program equips new trainees with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to make a successful career with Emirates NBD. Courses include: English for Banking, Branch Simulation, and Delivering Excellent Customer Service.
