Getting started

Once you upgrade to ENBD X, you will not be able to use the earlier version of Emirates NBD Mobile Banking app anymore.

  • Make sure you have enough storage on your device.
  • Download the app on a stable network (3G/4G minimum speeds are recommended).
  • Update your device to the latest version (Android 7.1 and iOS 13 and above).
  • Make sure you have been selected to be part of the mobile app update (you should have received an email).
  • Update your registered mobile number and email address.
  • Update to latest version of ENBD X.
  • Try to login with your current biometrics.
  • If you are already registered to the existing Emirates NBD Mobile Banking app, you don’t need to register again. Your login credentials will remain same.
  • If you have already activated Smart Pass on the existing Emirates NBD Mobile App, it will remain active on ENBD X, but you will be asked to set your new Smart Pass Pin.
  • You will receive push notifications on your mobile device to authenticate Online Banking transactions.
  • Yes, you won’t need to add your beneficiaries again.
  • You will be able to view transactions up to 3 months old, and download statements with periods up to 2 years.
