ITM is the short name for Interactive Teller Machine, which is a video-based interactive technology that allows customers to conduct transactions and banking services driven by a centrally based teller in a highly engaging real-time video and audio interaction.

Use our network of ITMs and spend less time in the branch and more time doing the things you enjoy.

 

Operating hours:

Our ITMs are open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm (on Sunday and public holidays).

On Friday, the services will not be available between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm due to the prayer break.

What you can do at our ITMs

  • Deposit Emirates NBD and other UAE bank cheques (up to 25 leaves)
  • Cash Emirates NBD cheques (including coins)
  • Withdrawal cash from Emirates NBD accounts (including coins)
  • Deposit cash to Emirates NBD accounts
  • Make inquiries on your Liv. Account (account status, mobile number/email address update and account closure)

Note: Non-Emirates NBD account holders will only be able to encash Emirates NBD cheques and deposit funds into Emirates NBD accounts.

FAQs

No, you can’t make these payments through our ITMs, but you can use Online Banking or Mobile Banking to pay in a few easy steps.

You’ll need to present a valid Emirates ID to perform any transaction via an Emirates NBD ITM.

Yes, you will be able. The money debited from the account will be the cheque amount, however the cash you receive will be rounded up to the nearest 25 fils.

Cash withdrawals, deposits and cheque encashments can be made using AED 5, 100, 500 and 1000 notes. AED 1 and 25 and 50 fil coins are accepted as well. Cash deposits can’t be made in coins.

Yes, you will be able to perform multiple transactions during one session. For example, you can deposit a cheque (maximum of 3 cheques per session) and withdraw funds from your accounts.
